Split the Pot draw 12/06/2022

Comhghairdeas to Mark Shannahan on winning the Sporting Ennistymon F.C Split the Pot draw on the 12/06/2022. The total pot collected was €158, with the winner walking home with €79 after paying the €2 entry fee. The newly renovated yard in the C.B.S in Ennistymon was the chosen site of the newest draw in North Clare.

The Split the Pot draw was set up to raise much-needed funds for the club, which provide a social and sporting outlet to the youth of Ennistymon and surrounding towns and villages. Providing the people of the North and West Clare regions with an opportunity to play the beautiful game do come with various costs.

Examples of expenditure include:

  • Pitch rental
  • Training facility rental
  • Insurance payments
  • Registration of players with leagues
  • Purchasing of necessary equipment, i.e. Footballs, Cones, Bibs etc.
  • Referee fees

By entering this fundraiser, you are contributing to a not-for-profit group whose goal is to give the gift of the “beautiful game” to the people of North and West Clare.
